Q What is your return/refund policy?
A Contact us before returning any items. We require that you return items using a shipping method such as Canada Post that has tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. The item must be in its original box, undamaged and must not show any signs of abuse, use, misuse, modification, dents, scratches.offensive odours or damage. We cannot issue a refund on any item that cannot be resold as new. Please note that the price of item(s) and taxes will be refunded however shipping will not be refunded. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We only accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your product. We accept exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your product. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds.

Q What do you charge for shipping?
A Cost of shipping will vary depending on weight, size of product, your location and the shipping method you select. We will clearly outline your shipping cost before the checkout procedure is complete. We will ship orders over $200 (before taxes) for free within Canada using regular ground shipping. Free shipping offer not valid for MRE’s.
